Our work involved the demolition of the existing one-story
Garage and the Design with Construction Administration
for a newly situated Garage, allowing for the addition
of a Second Unit below.
Part of the challenge was to position the new structure
in accordance with new Planning regulations with regard
to setbacks, and resolve the intrusion into the Public
Right-of-Way. |
