This is a comprehensive remodel of an existing modest,
late 70’s wood frame residence. Except for some
partial framing at the Ground Floor and only some of the
Second Floor, this is virtually a new building. The
Ground Floor was reframed and extended out to provide
natural light into new lower Bedrooms. The Second Story
roof was raised and the living spaces expanded out to
the extent of the former continuous balcony. All new windows
and skylights were added, as well as all new roofing,
and new vertical cedar siding with a specially developed
stain. Improvements to the driveway and retaining walls
were also provided. |
