This project was a renovation and upgrade of a former
popular local Cantina to a more sophisticated restaurant
offering high quality Mexican cuisine. The Client was
an interesting joint venture of Sports Club restaurateurs
with the world famous guitarist Carlos Santana whose own
father had played and sung in the original Cantina in
years past. The design challenge was to integrate this
particular location of the overall Maria, Maria restaurant
chain with the unique small town character of Mill Valley. |
