We were contracted to remodel and expand the old Ranger
Station situated at the entrance to a major watershed
which serves southern Marin County. Additionally, we developed
a new Site Plan to help identify areas for service vehicles,
parking, and staff trailers for use while construction
was underway in the main building. We generated a new
interior space plan and followed it all the way through
Construction. Most of the work involved remodeling the
small second floor Attic space and repurposing it into
a large Conference Room and Workspace with new gables
and windows for natural lighting. |
