This was an existing, older brick building that was sandblasted
in the 70’s as was typical of many downtown office
buildings in this area of San Francisco at that time.
Seismic reinforcing was also undertaken and completed
during the same period.
This project was a joint venture with Don Wudke, FAIA.
Raker Architects assisted in the efforts to layout new
Floor Plans, but the majority of our work was in upgrading
and renovating the historical exterior. |
