The Client was originally in the adjacent small Office
building. They purchased the larger Office building next
door that had a confusing layout with a dense collection
of undersized small Offices. This was primarily an interiors
project with some exterior impacts. We did a great deal
of Programming and Space Planning for the new facility,
and then designed the interior space to accommodate a
significant corporate expansion. All new workstations
were provided, the interior finishes were completely updated,
as well as improvements to the front Lobby and Reception
areas. |
