This has been an extremely difficult renovation and engineering
upgrade to a historic Mill Valley building. The Keystone
Building is the focal structure on celebrated Lytton Square
in downtown Mill Valley. It is a Tudor style wood-frame
building with Retail stores below and professional Offices
above. It has an important historic significance in the
town, since it is close to the Square and has housed a
significant series of the town's businesses serving local
