BEFORE
This Project includes demolition of the existing Service
building and a comprehensive design of a new structure
for the Owner. The program also requires the addition
of two more gas pumps, plus Air & Water pumps along
with a future Hybrid electrical charger. Redesigned site
circulation and landscaping are also major components
of the overall concept. Planning for anticipated future
traffic lanes and tank maintenance has been incorporated
into the master plan. |
