This is a renovation of an existing home in Marin County.
We developed site planning for a new driveway configuration
and entrance with special efforts to take advantage of
the panoramic views of Mill Valley and the City of San
Francisco beyond. We expanded the lower floor Bedrooms
out and developed a new Family Room, Library, Wine Cellar,
and recreational spaces on the ground floor as well as
extended the Garage and Master Bedroom exterior spaces,
and added private Studies at the main level. |
